PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, as amended (the “Privacy Code”) and to European Regulation No. 679 of 2016 (the “Privacy Regulation”), 4Green, e-mail info@4green.it, in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter, the “Controller”), hereby informs You that Your personal data will be processed to manage Your request to be contacted by the Controller.
Through the “Contacts” area, You may describe Your requests for information or other needs; however, we ask You not to provide data defined as special categories under the Privacy Regulation (e.g., relating to Your health, religious beliefs, etc.).
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a service pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Privacy Regulation and, therefore, no explicit consent from You is required to manage Your request.
The data provided by You will be processed primarily using paper and/or IT tools under the authority of the Controller, by specifically designated, authorized, and trained persons (pursuant to Articles 2‑quaterdecies of the Privacy Code and 29 of the Privacy Regulation). Appropriate security measures are applied, also pursuant to Articles 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation, to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.
Your data may be disclosed, within the EU, in full compliance with the Privacy Regulation, to the following recipients:
public entities and/or authorities, where required by law or upon their request;
structures, entities, and external companies utilized by the Controller for activities connected, instrumental, or consequential to the execution of the “Contacts” service;
external consultants, even if not formally designated as Data Processors.
The updated list of designated Data Processors may be provided upon request by the data subjects.
In the event that a Data Protection Officer is appointed, the identifying data of the same will be made available through publication, supplementing this notice.
Without prejudice to legal obligations, Your personal data will be retained for no longer than 6 months.
Articles 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation grant the data subject the right to obtain, in the manner and within the limits established by Article 2‑undecies of the Privacy Code and Article 12 of the Privacy Regulation:
confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form;
information on the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, and the identification details of the Controller;
updating, correction, completion, deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully – including data that do not need to be retained in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed – as well as certification that such operations have been communicated, including as to their content, to those to whom the data were disclosed, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort relative to the protected right.
The data subject also has the right:
to withdraw consent at any time (if given) to the processing of personal data (without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal);
to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data for sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;

to data portability within the limits of Article 20 of the Privacy Regulation.
